I was recently asked if the process had to be run in a consecutive run of 7 days. It is recommended to do so, on the basis that in this period of time, you will be immersed in your own system, processes and metaphors - in this way you will be becoming aware of all the signals that your 'sub'/'un'-consciousness is offering you as signposts to your unique solution.
However, sometimes this is not possible. So, do what you can - Do one day of the process every Saturday/Sunday - do a few hours every night. Whatever you choose will be right for you - it has to fit your current way of life, if it doesn't then it will not be honouring your system as it currently is.
